Avgeris and Associates, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Mr. James P. Avgeris. The firm has been active in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of over 25 million square feet of real estate. Prior to that Mr. Avgeris founded Avgeris Realty in 1974 converting apartments to condominiums and investing in many other real estate transactions.  In 1983, Mr. Avgeris became a Principal of Dearborn and Associates, a firm of 30 employees, continuing his real estate profession.

As a privately held company, Avgeris and Associates distinguishes itself from the competition by using in-house development, construction, and management expertise to initiate creative and aggresive deal structures.  By providing a single source of responsibility, Avgeris serves as a one-stop shop for their existing and prospective clients.
