In 2009 we acquired this 172,344 square foot industrial building in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as part of a sale-leaseback transaction. We purchased the building from Tramont Corporation who uses the building to manufacture their Gensets, diesel fuel day tanks, sub base tanks, main tanks, and mobile power. The building was originally constructed in 1945 for Johnson Controls and later was sold to Tramont. The building features two 15-ton cranes and one 6-ton crane, 4 recessed docks, 4 drive-in doors, ample power and 29ft clear heights. We are happy to say that Tramont Manufacturing is still successfullly operating out of the building today.
