Chicago Commercial Real Estate Firm

3535 S. Ashland and 3601 S Ashland, Chicago, IL

In 2012 we purchased this 32-acre site located at the Corner of 35th Street and South Ashland Avenue in Chicago, Illinois which was once home to the Wrigley Gum Manufacturing Plant. This site is located in a densely populated and developed corridor and was rezoned for retail and commercial use in 2014. This prime location provides immediate access to downtown Chicago with significant truck parking. In 2014 Avgeris sold the Northeast 12 acres to ComEd to develope their state-of-the-art training facility at the corner of 35th and Iron Street. In 2018 Avgeris partnered with Karis Capital LLC to develop the remaining 16.38 acres into a 260,000 square foot build to suit for Amazon's last mile fulfillment center. Avgeris still maintains two acres for future development of commercial or retail use.
